Insurance Coverage
We are an In-network provider with United Healthcare and out of network with other insurance plans that cover acupuncture. Some Medicare Advantage plans cover acupuncture for low back pain only. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to an out of network insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
VA Community Care Network
Laurie is a registered Community Provider with the VA Community Care Network. We accept authorized referrals from your VA Primary Care Physician. Please contact us directly at (636) 893-5048 for more information.
HSA and FSA
Payment for your treatment and any prescribed Chinese herbs is required at the time of treatment. If needed, we will provide you a receipt for reimbursement.
