Insurance Coverage
We are an In-Network Provider with United Health Care and Humana, and out-of-network with insurance plans that cover acupuncture. Some Medicare Advantage Plans cover acupuncture for low back pain.
VA Community Care Network

HSA and FSA
Payment for your treatment and any prescribed Chinese herbs is required at the time of treatment. If needed, we will provide you a receipt for reimbursement.
